About Shipping

Where is it shipped from?

1. USPS: from our warehouse in the US.

2. Fedex / UPS: from our warehouse in Hong Kong or China.

We offer free shipping within the US and worldwide. However, we’ll charge this shipping fee in the Returns & Refund process.

Before Shipping

We need 1-3 days for handling time and will email you if we need further time, please watch your email everyday.

*Out of stock items: We do not guarantee all our DVDs are in stock, we’ll email you when it happens and we’ll dispatch whatever we have if not get your reply in 24hrs.

*If we can’t send you emails successfully: This is for some cases your email system are using firewall or white list. We’ll hold the shipping for 48hrs and refund you to cancel the order.

Returns & Refund

Return Eligibility

Eligible Items: Returns are accepted only for brand-new, unopened, undamaged, and unused DVD products. We do not accept returns for used, opened, or defective items (e.g., scratches, damaged packaging).

Return Reasons: You may initiate a return within 180 days of receipt for reasons including, but not limited to, items not matching the description, over-shipment, or change of mind. We do not accept returns due to customer misuse or personal preference (e.g., dissatisfaction with content).

Return Window

You must initiate a return within 180 days of receiving the item. The window is calculated from the date we receive your return request (see procedure below).

Returns requested after 180 days will not be processed, though you may contact customer service for exceptions (e.g., with proof of shipping delays).

Return Procedure

Contact Us: Within the 180-day window, submit a return request via email ([email protected]) or the Site’s contact form (if available). Include your order number, reason for return, photos of the item (if applicable), and your contact information. We will respond within 2 business days with confirmation.

Receive Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label (for U.S. domestic customers). Do not ship items back without prior authorization.

Pack and Ship: Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring it remains in brand-new condition. Use the provided label to ship to the designated address (communicated via email). Retain your tracking number.

Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. If it meets eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds: Once approved, a full refund (including shipping costs, if the return is due to our error) will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds will post within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for the same or a similar item, we will ship it at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Partial Refunds: For partial returns, we will issue a prorated refund.

Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we cover all shipping costs.

If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs (we do not provide prepaid labels).

Package Lost / Damage (Quality Issues)

Package Lost

We’ll define it a lost if the tracking not updating over 3 weeks or packages not delivered in 4 weeks from the date we dispatched.
1. We’ll make a full refund.
2. We’ll send again if you would like.

Package arrived with damage

1. We’ll send replacements for the damaged DVDs.
2. We’ll make the refund for the damaged DVDs’ purchasing value.

Complaint from your customers

When you resell the DVDs and got complaint from your customers, we’ll send the replacement to your customers only.

FAQs

What’s the region of the DVDs and Blu-ray?

All our DVDs and Blu-ray are region 1 plus region free, working worldwide. However, you may find only region 1 logo on the DVD and Blu-ray cover sometimes.

Does the DVD and Blu-ray have subtitles?

We do not guarantee all our DVDs and Blu-ray have subtitles. And we do not guarantee the subtitles can be turn off.

How do I know when you sent the DVD or Blu-ray?

You’ll receive another auto notification email in 1-2 days, you may need to check your junk box. Another way is visiting My Accunt for the tracking number.

Why is the tracking number not working or not moving for days?

Please no worry, it’s normal sometimes for the first 3-5 days. And will be there in the last few days of the ETA. However, please feel free to draw us a line if you believe something is wrong there.

Should I be worried that it’s still not delivered in 2 weeks?

Yes, please email us [email protected] we’ll look into it. Please do not open the dispute or claim from PayPal without contacting. Guarantee the full refund if missing.

I believe the package is lost, what can I do?

We’ll define it a lost if the tracking number did not move over 2 weeks or packages are not delivered in 4 weeks from the date we dispatched it. We’ll make a full refund or send again for cases like this.

The DVD or Blu-ray has a prob (not working, damaged & any other issues)

Yes, please email us [email protected] we’ll send the replacement or make a refund, no need to return.

I have a prob with the DVDs or Blu-ray, but it’s been 2 or 3 months.

No problem, we’ll take care of it upto 180 days, please email us [email protected] for the replacement or other solutions.

Can I return them? I can’t resell them now.
