This website is owned and operated by Cinema Discs LLC (“Cinema Discs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We sell brand-new, officially licensed DVD and Blu-ray discs of movies and TV series exclusively to customers with shipping addresses in the United States and Canada.

By accessing or placing an order with cinemadiscs.com, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all referenced policies. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or purchase from us.

2. Intellectual Property & Authorized Distribution

All DVD and Blu-ray discs sold on cinemadiscs.com are 100% authentic, factory-sealed, officially licensed products sourced from authorized U.S. and Canadian distributors. We do not sell bootleg, pirated, gray-market, or counterfeit copies. Cinema Discs is an authorized reseller of physical home-video entertainment products.

3. Region Code & Playback Compatibility

• DVD discs are Region 1
• Blu-ray discs are Region A (North America)

unless explicitly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee playback on region-free, modified, PAL, or non-North American devices. Compatibility is solely your responsibility.

4. Online Store Terms

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this site. You may not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including violation of copyright laws.

5. Products, Availability & Pre-Orders

Certain titles may be listed as “Pre-order” or “Out-of-Print / Limited”. We reserve the right to cancel any such order at any time and issue a full refund if we cannot obtain stock. All products are sold for personal entertainment and collecting purposes only — they are not investment vehicles.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in USD (U.S.) or CAD (Canada) and may change without notice. Payments are securely processed via Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify Payments. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and brokerage fees.

7. Shipping – United States & Canada Only

We ship only to street addresses in the 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes in Canada, APO/FPO, freight forwarders, or any location outside North America. Delivery times are estimates only.

8. Returns & Refunds – Sealed Media Policy

• Unopened/sealed items in original shrink-wrap may be returned within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange.
• Opened discs are non-returnable and non-refundable for any reason (including “did not like” or “wrong purchase”), except verified manufacturing defects.
• Any revealed or redeemed digital code voids all return eligibility.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

9. Defective Discs

Defective discs may be exchanged for the identical title within 90 days of delivery. We provide replacement only, not refunds, for defects.

10. Digital Copies & Redemption Codes

We do not guarantee that any included digital codes (Movies Anywhere, iTunes, Vudu, etc.) will be valid, unexpired, or redeemable in your region at the time of receipt.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not resell products in violation of studio MAP policies, distribute pirated content, scrape the site, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Products and website are provided “as-is”. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cinema Discs LLC and its officers from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

14. Dispute Resolution – Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Rules. Arbitration will be conducted remotely (phone/video) whenever possible. There is no judge, jury, or class action.

You may opt out within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing [email protected] with your name and clear opt-out statement.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cinema Discs.
